Volunteer

At Landmark Medical Center, our volunteers are exceptional people in many ways.  They are people who make a difference by helping others.

Joseph Lachance, Jr. with doctor

You may have considered volunteering, but worried about the time it would take from your already busy schedule. All you need is a minimum time commitment of two hours per week and a strong desire to help.

You may only be here for a few hours, but you make a significant difference to our patients, staff, and the hospital community.

As a volunteer, we ask that you bring the following to the position:

  • At least two hours per week
  • A dedicated outlook
  • A warm and friendly smile
  • Compassion for others
  • A desire to learn new skills and make new friends

These traits go a long way in helping Landmark provide the highest-quality healthcare to our community and the region. Our volunteers, from age 14 to 90, work in numerous departments throughout the hospital, both in patient care and areas without patient contact.
