Landmark volunteers collectively donate 31,755 hours of service in 2008

Landmark Medical Center held its annual Volunteer Appreciation Reception on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, honoring 286 volunteers who collectively donated 31,755 hours to both Landmark Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island in 2008.  The theme was “Volunteers Make a Difference…Everyday!”

Administration and staff presented certificates of appreciation to each volunteer. The hospital also honored Eucharistic minister Fran Howe and volunteer Leda Slater with the Commitment to Excellence Award for outstanding loyalty and dedication to the hospital.

The following volunteers received service milestone pins for achieving a milestone level of volunteer hours:
